Why Redcon Exists
Redcon Security was built on a simple observation: most security guards in Massachusetts are licensed, but they're not trained. State requirements stop at a background check. What happens after that, whether a guard can de-escalate a tense situation, recognize signs of human trafficking, or handle an ADA-related interaction with confidence, is left entirely up to the individual agency. We built Redcon to close that gap. Guard services are our core business, but training is what we lead with, because a uniform doesn't make someone capable of protecting a property or the people in it. Preparation does.
Who's Behind It
CO-FOUNDER
David Console
David leads the business side of Redcon: growth, client relationships, and finance. Before Redcon, he came from a finance background at Morgan Stanley, and he brings that same discipline to how the company is run, from account economics to long-term strategy.
CO-FOUNDER, FIELD OPERATIONS
Jesse Vera
Jesse leads field operations with close to 15 years in the security industry. He's the one who makes sure the standard Redcon promises on paper is the standard that actually shows up on-site, every shift.
DIRECTOR OF SECURITY
Micheal
Michael runs event security operations, overseeing coverage for some of the highest-profile events Redcon has worked, from major venues to citywide gatherings.
